쉬운 가계부 개인정보처리방침

쉬운 가계부(이하 "앱")는 수입과 지출을 기록하는 가계부 앱입니다. 앱은 회원가입 없이, 개발자 서버 없이 기기 안에서 동작하며 개발자는 이용자의 개인정보나 가계부 기록을 받거나 보관하지 않습니다. 이용자가 원하면 구글 계정을 연결해 본인의 구글 드라이브에 가계부를 백업할 수 있습니다(선택, 아래 2번). 화면 아래 배너 광고를 위해 Google AdMob이 기기 정보를 처리합니다(아래 3번).

1. 기기 안에 저장되는 정보

  • 이용자가 적은 수입·지출 내역(금액, 분류, 날짜, 메모, 기록한 시각)과 한 달 예산

이 정보는 앱 전용 저장 공간에만 있고 개발자나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 은행·카드 계좌, 문자 메시지, 연락처 등에는 접근하지 않습니다.

2. 구글 로그인과 구글 드라이브 백업 (선택)

로그인하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다. 설정의 ☁️ 구글 드라이브 백업에서 구글 계정을 연결한 경우에만 아래가 적용됩니다.

  • 받는 정보: 구글 계정의 이메일 주소와 이름(연결된 계정을 화면에 보여 주는 데만 쓰며 기기 안에만 저장), 드라이브 접근 토큰(백업할 때만 기기 안 메모리에서 사용).
  • 권한 범위: drive.appdata — 이용자 구글 드라이브 안의 이 앱 전용 숨은 폴더만 읽고 씁니다. 드라이브의 다른 파일·사진·문서는 보거나 바꿀 수 없습니다.
  • 백업 파일: 가계부 기록(금액, 분류, 날짜, 메모, 기록한 시각), 한 달 예산, 통화, 앱 버전, 백업 시각을 담은 파일 하나(backup.json)를 이용자 본인의 드라이브에 저장합니다. 기록을 바꾸면 자동으로 다시 백업합니다. 이 파일은 기기와 Google 드라이브 사이에서 직접 오가며 개발자 서버를 거치지 않고, 개발자는 볼 수 없습니다.
  • 이 정보는 광고·분석에 쓰이지 않고 제3자에게 제공되지 않습니다. Google API에서 받은 정보의 사용은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요구사항 포함)을 따릅니다.
  • 연결 해제: 앱 설정 → ☁️ 구글 드라이브 백업 → 연결 해제. 백업 삭제는 같은 화면의 백업 지우기 (자세히: 데이터 삭제 안내).

3. 광고 (Google AdMob, 배너)

  • 앱 화면 아래에 배너 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고는 Google AdMob(Google LLC)이 제공합니다.
  • AdMob은 광고 제공, 빈도 제한, 광고 사기 방지와 측정을 위해 광고 ID, 기기 · 앱 정보(기기 모델, OS 버전, 앱 버전 등), 대략적인 위치(IP 주소 기반), 광고와의 상호작용 정보를 수집하고 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 Google로 직접 전송되며 개발자에게는 오지 않습니다. 가계부 기록은 광고에 쓰이지 않습니다.
  • Google의 정보 처리 방식: Google 파트너 사이트에서의 데이터 사용, Google 개인정보처리방침
  • 맞춤 광고를 원하지 않으면 기기의 설정 → Google → 광고 → 광고 ID 삭제(또는 맞춤 광고 해제)로 끌 수 있습니다.
  • 앱은 13세 이상을 대상으로 하며, 광고 콘텐츠 등급을 청소년 이용 가능(T) 이하로 제한합니다.

4. 그 밖의 제3자 제공 · 분석

앱에는 분석 · 추적 도구가 없으며 개발자가 정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 보관 기간과 삭제

  • 내역 하나: 앱에서 내역을 눌러 삭제로 바로 지울 수 있습니다.
  • 기록 전체: 앱 설정 → 기록 모두 지우기, 또는 기기 설정 → 애플리케이션 → 쉬운 가계부 → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제, 또는 앱 삭제로 즉시 지워집니다.
  • 드라이브 백업: 앱 설정 → ☁️ 구글 드라이브 백업 → 백업 지우기로 바로 지워집니다. 앱이 없으면 구글 드라이브 설정 → 앱 관리 → 쉬운 가계부 → 옵션 → 숨겨진 앱 데이터 삭제. 지우지 않으면 이용자가 지울 때까지 이용자 드라이브에 남습니다.
  • 구글 계정 연결 정보(이메일·이름): 앱의 연결 해제 또는 앱 데이터 삭제 · 앱 삭제로 지워집니다. 앱 접근 권한은 Google 계정 → 타사 앱 및 서비스에서도 해제할 수 있습니다.
  • 광고 관련 정보: Google의 보관 정책을 따르며, 기기의 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다.
  • 개발자는 이용자 정보를 보관하지 않으므로 개발자에게 따로 삭제를 요청할 정보가 없습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 개발자는 어떤 이용자의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 방침 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알립니다. 앱이 개발자에게 정보를 보내도록 바뀌는 경우에는 바뀐 내용을 앱 업데이트 전에 이 페이지에 먼저 게시합니다.

Privacy Policy (English)

Effective: October 14, 2026

"쉬운 가계부" (Easy Budget) is an income and expense tracker that runs on your device without sign-up or a developer server. The developer does not receive or store any personal information or budget records. There are no analytics or tracking SDKs.

On-device data. Your entries (amount, category, date, memo, time recorded) and monthly budget are stored only in the app's private storage on your device and are never sent to the developer or third parties. The app does not access bank or card accounts, SMS or contacts.

Google sign-in and Google Drive backup (optional). All features work without signing in. If you connect a Google account in Settings → "Google Drive backup", the app receives your Google account email address and name (shown on screen only, stored on your device) and an access token used only on the device. The app uses the drive.appdata scope, which lets it read and write only a hidden folder in your Google Drive reserved for this app — it cannot see your other Drive files. It saves one file (backup.json) with your entries, monthly budget, currency, app version and backup time, and updates it automatically when your records change. The file travels directly between your device and Google Drive; it never passes through a developer server and the developer cannot see it. This data is not used for ads or analytics and is not shared. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. To delete the backup, use "Delete backup" in the same screen, or Google Drive on the web → Settings → Manage apps → 쉬운 가계부 → Options → Delete hidden app data (see data deletion).

Ads. The app shows a banner ad from Google AdMob at the bottom of the screen. AdMob may collect and process the advertising ID, device and app information, approximate location (from IP address) and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud; this data goes directly to Google, not to the developer. Your budget records are not used for ads. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Ads are limited to content rated Teen (T) or lower.

Deletion. Delete the Drive backup and disconnect as above, delete an entry in the app, use Settings → "기록 모두 지우기" (delete all records), clear data via Android Settings → Apps → 쉬운 가계부 → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.
